Lamb Textile stems from a desire to create beautiful textile pieces that are eco-conscious by using resources and materials that are sustainable and ethical. Our products are about appreciating the abundance of beauty this earth has given us. Inducing a modern day alchemy that thrives on natural colours. We use plant based dyes such as avocado pits, onion skins, cabbage, logwood chips, madder root and marigold petals. No harmful chemicals are used to dye the fibres we use such as cotton, hemp, bamboo, wool and silk.
Respecting the traditional artisan techniques of textiles to embrace the process of hand crafting. Considering our environmental impact by making conscious decisions during design and production. All materials are locally sourced as much as possible and products are hand-made in Canada.
